See THAT is cool. The lack (and cost) of decent meat is largely responsible for me being a vegetarian. . . I don’t live in the area, but that sounds like something worth stocking up on . . .freezing?
Definitely worth stocking up and freezing in my opinion. I always eat the best when my freezer is stocked.
