Almost half of Haiti’s population is under the age of 18 and many of those are infants. Since the earthquake, there have been numerous calls for aid, supplies and money. Truth: Saturated fats are necessary for health. It's polyunsaturated fats (most vegetable oils) and hydrogenated fats that cause disease.
